The role is end to end sales – you will research leads, pitch to potential clients, generate meetings, attend meetings, negotiate rates, close and manage accounts. We work with an uncapped commission structure that rewards a proactive approach to lead sourcing and an insatiable desire to find new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- A proactive approach to researching & using generated leads to prospect new clients.
- Qualifying leads & developing into sales via a range of activities.
- Using these leads to create appointments for colleagues or directly proposing appropriate apartment solutions.
- Working with senior members on identifying new market opportunities.
- Working with the Reservations Team and Client Service Managers to ensure client needs are met.
- Ensuring all actions fall within the company ethos.
- Developing & building meaningful lasting relationships with clients.
- Attending some networking events as required.
- Promoting and selling our in-house services and products to new prospective clients.
- Promoting and selling technologies and software developed in house.

- Demonstrable ability to develop leads into returning clients.
- Confident in pitching/presenting to potential clients.
