Role Description
The Property Growth & Acquisitions Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in London, UK for our Mysquare department. The manager will source and secure residential properties across London, build relationships with landlords and developers, and negotiate leasing and management deals. A key part of the role is securing entire blocks or groups of units on flexible 3–12 month leases to support emergency relocations, decants, and crisis housing programmes combining commercial property expertise with real social impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in property acquisitions, leasing, or asset management
- Strong London property network
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of block leasing, emergency housing, or social housing is a plus
