We have also recently launched TheSquare.AI, our new customisable booking platform designed to allow corporate clients to set up their global travel programme their own way. From offices in London, New Delhi and virtual offices in Singapore and Dubai we look after and house assignees from more than 500 corporate clients worldwide; these corporations range from a mix of S&P 500 to soon to go public tech companies.

As you will be working very closely with the Head of Global Partner Relationship, it is crucial that support is precise and accurate along with attention to detail.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Head of Global Supply Chain to ensure that the 5 region team supplier managers are working within the company SOPs and reaching their KPIs on a monthly basis.
  • Weekly meetings with regional supply chain team with minutes and action plans.
  • End of month review with region supply chain team of their KPI.
  • Travelling to US, India and other parts of Europe for training requirements.
  • Setting monthly targets for each region.
  • Monthly review of teams performance on: Evaluate and KPIs, Supplier growth, Catalogue Management, Promoting in house systems (EcoGrade + APS), Analyse productivity for Regional Teams.
  • Following company SOPs and SLAs ensuring they are updated.
  • Set bonus structure for each team member and reporting targets at end of each month.
  • Ensuring that all suppliers have signed our online Partnership agreements.
  • Negotiation of rates with suppliers for corporate clients.
  • Managing suppliers feedback - working closely with reservation team on reviews.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service as a core value of TheSqua.re.
  • Liaise with both sales and reservation teams and suppliers.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple departments.
  • Be able to work with team members in different countries and time zones.
  • Able to give presentations to clients on supply chain benefits.
  • Supervising and training supply chain team.
  • Attended Industry Networking events in person or outside country.
  • Interview new candidates as the team grows and expands.
  • Attend supplier networking meetings as required.
  • Attend exhibitions and conferences as requested.
  • Be able to travel to each of the regions as and when required.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong organisational skills, with proven strength in administration.
  • Understanding of Serviced Apartments.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and management skills.
  • Ability to perform well without close supervision.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills at all levels.
  • A team player.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, hard working and efficient in time management.
  • Excellent customer service skills and escalation process.
  • Excellent at dealing with suppliers at a General Manager / CEO level.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • An understanding of Channel managers and GDS.
