The SQuarE Route are currently working with a rapidly expanding multi-office practice with a requirement for a senior wills and probate solicitor to be based in their Central Stockport office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse caseload of wills, probate, estate planning, and administration matters.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of wills, probate and lasting powers of attorney.
- Draft and review legal documents related to wills, trusts, estates and lasting powers of attorney.
- Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to ensure smooth administration of estates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in private client work, probate, estate administration, Wills and LPAs.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and practices.
- Excellent client management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
