The SQuarE Route are currently working with a rapidly expanding multi-office practice with a requirement for a litigation solicitor to be based in their Central Stockport office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of general civil litigation and contentious probate cases.
- Assist the senior partner with case management and preparation.
- Conduct legal research, draft documents, and attend court hearings.
- Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties involved in litigation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and practices.
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified to 3 years post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Strong understanding of civil litigation and contentious probate.
- Excellent research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work under supervision and take initiative.
- All legal qualifications will be considered.
