The predicted salary is between 20 - 30 £ per hour.

We are launching a brand/agency discovery project and are looking for a well-connected specialist who already has direct access to decision-makers in brands and/or agencies. This is a 4–6 week, part-time project, focused on demand validation, not sales.

You will help us test several ideas/hypotheses by:

  • Launching initial outreach to relevant brands/agencies from your own network
  • Running intro/discovery calls with interested decision-makers
  • Collecting honest feedback and market signals
  • Structuring insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Mandatory requirement:

  • You already have a personal database/network of brands and/or agencies
  • You have direct access to decision-makers (founders, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, Agency Owners, etc.)
  • You are comfortable initiating conversations and leading discovery calls
  • Knowledge of English (B2-C1), Russian - preferably

Expectations:

  • For each idea/hypothesis: Reach out to at least 10 relevant contacts from your own network
  • Collect initial feedback and level of interest
  • With interested parties, conduct 2–3 intro/discovery calls
  • Focus on validation and insight, not hard selling

Success criteria:

  • Minimum 10 outreaches per idea
  • 2–3 quality intro calls with genuinely interested brands/agencies
  • Clear signal of market demand for each idea
