Los Mochis Notting Hill is looking for an exceptional Waiter / Waitress to join our award-winning team. Inspired by the vibrant flavours of Mexico and the precision of Japanese cuisine, Los Mochis has become one of London's most talked-about dining destinations. As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a vital role in delivering the warm, knowledgeable and energetic service that has become synonymous with the Los Mochis brand. Whether welcoming guests, guiding them through our menu, or creating memorable moments throughout their visit, you will be at the heart of every service.

The Role

  • Deliver warm, attentive and personalised service throughout the guest journey
  • Build genuine rapport with guests and confidently guide them through the menu
  • Ensure every table receives outstanding food and beverage service
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth and efficient service
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness throughout the restaurant
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our food, drinks and allergen information
  • Consistently uphold the high standards that define the Los Mochis experience

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after people and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will have:

  • Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress within a quality restaurant
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive attitude
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure
  • A desire to learn, develop and build a long-term career in hospitality
  • The right to live and work in the UK
