Thesleff Group is looking for an experienced Online Delivery & Partnerships Manager to take ownership of our online delivery channels across the Group.

You’ll take the lead on our relationships with Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and other delivery partners, looking at how we can grow sales, improve profitability and make sure each of our brands is performing at its best online.

This isn’t simply about putting menus onto delivery platforms and waiting for the orders to arrive. We’re looking for someone commercial, analytical and proactive who understands how pricing, promotions, menu design, visibility and customer experience all come together to drive profitable growth.

What will you be doing?

  • Own the performance of our online delivery channels across the Group
  • Develop strong relationships with Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and other strategic partners
  • Identify opportunities to grow revenue while protecting and improving profitability
  • Review pricing, commissions, promotions and product mix
  • Analyse sales, orders, average order value, conversion, cancellations, ratings and customer behaviour
  • Turn the numbers into clear actions rather than simply producing reports
  • Work closely with our Operations, Marketing and Commercial teams on campaigns and promotions
  • Make sure menus, pricing, availability, allergens and brand information are accurate across every platform
  • Improve the overall delivery experience, reducing errors, complaints and cancellations
  • Identify new opportunities, partnerships and digital channels that could generate additional revenue

Reporting to our Finance Director, you’ll be part of the Finance team but will work across the wider business and have plenty of exposure to our restaurants and senior leadership team.

Who are we looking for?

You might already be an Online Delivery & Partnerships Manager, or you could be working in a similar commercial, digital or e-commerce role and be ready to take the next step. What matters most is that you understand online food delivery and know how to make it commercially successful.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience within hospitality, food delivery, e-commerce or digital partnerships
  • A track record of growing online sales
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills
  • Experience working with platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat
  • Confidence managing external commercial relationships
  • A good understanding of revenue, margin and profitability
  • The ability to manage multiple brands and priorities at the same time
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive approach. If you spot an opportunity, we want you to run with it

Above all, we’re looking for an Online Delivery & Partnerships Manager who wants ownership. Someone who will look at what we’re doing today, understand what is working (and what isn’t), and help us build something even better. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
