Los Mochis City is looking for a Junior Pastry Sous Chef to join our flagship restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street. The Role:

As a Junior Pastry Sous Chef, you will:

  • Support the day‑to‑day running of the pastry section
  • Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef on prep, production, and service
  • Deliver consistently high standards in presentation, flavour, and execution
  • Contribute to seasonal menu development and new ideas
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen environment
  • Support stock control, ordering, and waste management
  • Help train and develop junior members of the team

What We’re Looking For:

A strong Junior Pastry Sous Chef will have:

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie within pastry
