Thesleff Group is looking for a commercially driven Online Delivery & Partnerships Manager to lead the growth of our online delivery business across our portfolio of some of London's most distinctive hospitality brands.
From optimising menus and promotions to strengthening relationships with Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat, you'll play a key role in driving revenue, improving profitability and enhancing the customer experience across our digital channels.
As our Online Delivery & Partnerships Manager, you will take ownership of our third-party delivery platforms across the Group, using data and commercial insight to maximise performance while working closely with our operations, marketing and commercial teams to deliver sustainable growth.
Our portfolio includes Los Mochis Notting Hill, Los Mochis City, Sale e Pepe Knightsbridge, Sale e Pepe Mare, MA/NA Mayfair, Viajante87, LUNA Omakase and JUNO Omakase; each with its own identity, audience and opportunities to grow online sales.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Online Delivery & Partnerships Manager who combines analytical thinking with strong relationship management and understands how digital channels can drive exceptional hospitality experiences.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be part of our finance team while collaborating closely with colleagues across the wider business to optimise menus, pricing, promotions and platform performance.

What will you be doing?
As Online Delivery & Partnerships Manager, you will
- Lead the growth and performance of our online delivery business across Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat and other strategic delivery partners.
- Drive sustained online revenue growth while improving profitability through pricing, commission negotiations, promotions and product mix optimisation.
- Build strong commercial relationships with delivery platform partners to unlock new opportunities, campaigns and ongoing support.
- Deliver regular performance reporting across sales, orders, average order value, conversion, customer acquisition, cancellations, ratings and profitability, turning insights into clear commercial actions.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Commercial teams to optimise online menus, seasonal campaigns, sponsored placements and promotional activity.
- Ensure menus, pricing, product availability, allergen information and brand standards remain accurate and consistently maintained across all delivery platforms.
- Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end customer experience by reducing delivery issues, complaints, errors and cancellations while increasing ratings and repeat purchases.
- Continuously review platform performance and identify new opportunities to drive additional revenue across the Group.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for an Online Delivery & Partnerships Manager who is confident taking ownership and comfortable working in a fast-moving hospitality environment.
You will ideally have
- Previous experience within food delivery, hospitality, e-commerce or digital partnerships.
- A proven track record of growing online sales across third-party delivery platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into commercial decisions.
- Excellent commercial awareness and experience managing revenue, profitability and performance metrics.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities across a diverse portfolio of brands.
- A proactive, self-starting approach; someone who sees opportunities and makes them happen.
- Excellent attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Experience working with delivery platforms such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats and Just Eat would be highly advantageous.
