Los Mochis London City is looking for a hardworking and reliable Night Kitchen Porter to join our flagship rooftop restaurant at 100 Liverpool Street.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Night Kitchen Porter to become part of a high-end, high-volume kitchen while supporting an experienced culinary team within one of London's most innovative restaurant concepts.

The Role – Night Kitchen Porter

As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency of the kitchen during overnight operations, ensuring the team is fully prepared for the following day's service.

This Night Kitchen Porter role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to contribute to a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across all kitchen areas during the night shift
  • Wash and sanitise pots, pans, utensils, crockery, and kitchen equipment
  • Support chefs with basic food preparation when required
  • Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and equipment thoroughly
  • Empty bins and dispose of waste safely in accordance with procedures
  • Assist with deliveries and the organisation of stock when required
  • Store, label, and rotate items correctly where appropriate
  • Follow all food hygiene, HACCP, and health and safety standards
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen during overnight operations

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is preferred but not essentials.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
