As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in leading the floor, developing your team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience within a fast‐paced, premium environment.

The Role – Restaurant Manager

  • Lead from the front, delivering exceptional service standards at all times
  • Support the overall performance of the restaurant, driving sales and profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high‐performing team
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating working environment
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Ensure smooth day‐to‐day operations across the floor
  • Maintain compliance with all health & safety standards

What We're Looking For – Restaurant Manager

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager ready to step up
  • Background in premium, high‐volume or Michelin‐level environments
