Thesleff Group is seeking an exceptional Marketing Director to join our growing Marketing & Creative team.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in bringing our marketing strategy to life across one of London's most exciting luxury hospitality groups.
This is an opportunity to shape campaigns that capture attention, build desire and drive commercial performance across a portfolio of award‑winning restaurants, bars and lifestyle brands.
Working closely with the CMO and senior leadership team, the Marketing Director will oversee the execution of brand campaigns, creative activations, guest engagement initiatives and commercial marketing strategies that strengthen our position as one of London's leading hospitality groups.

The Role
As Marketing Director, you will lead the day‑to‑day execution of marketing activity across our portfolio, ensuring every campaign reflects the premium positioning of each brand while delivering measurable commercial results.
Working across multiple venues and departments, you will collaborate with Creative, PR, Social Media, Operations, Reservations and venue leadership teams to deliver impactful campaigns that increase awareness, drive reservations and strengthen guest loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple premium hospitality brands.
- Translate brand strategy into engaging guest‑facing campaigns and activations.
- Lead annual, quarterly and seasonal marketing planning.
- Drive commercial campaigns that increase reservations, private dining, events and revenue.
- Oversee campaign execution across digital, social media, PR, CRM and partnerships.
- Collaborate with venue leadership to identify local marketing opportunities.
- Maintain exceptional brand consistency across every customer touchpoint.
- Support influencer partnerships, VIP experiences and brand collaborations.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead, mentor and develop members of the marketing team.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Director who combines creativity with commercial awareness and has a passion for luxury hospitality and lifestyle brands.
You’ll ideally have
- Experience in a senior marketing leadership role within hospitality, luxury, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
- Multi‑site or multi‑brand marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, PR, CRM and brand management.
- Excellent campaign planning and project management skills.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
- A genuine passion for restaurants, culture, design and guest experience.
