Group Events Manager – Thesleff Group

Thesleff Group is looking for an experienced Group Events Manager to take the lead on events across our growing portfolio of some of London’s most distinctive hospitality brands.

From intimate private dining and high‑profile brand activations to corporate events, celebrations and full venue takeovers, no two events at Thesleff Group are quite the same.

As our Group Events Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of events across the Group, working closely with our venue teams, clients and commercial departments to create experiences that feel seamless from the first enquiry through to the final guest leaving.

Our portfolio includes Los Mochis Notting Hill, Los Mochis City, Sale e Pepe Knightsbridge, Sale e Pepe Mare, MA/NA Mayfair, Viajante87, LUNA Omakase and JUNO Omakase; each with its own identity, audience and opportunities for exceptional events.

What will you be doing?

As Group Events Manager, you will

  • Lead the planning and execution of events across the Thesleff Group portfolio, including private dining, corporate events, celebrations, brand activations and exclusive hires.
  • Manage the complete event journey, ensuring every detail is considered and delivered to an exceptional standard.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and translating it into memorable guest experiences.
  • Work closely with our Front of House, Back of House, Marketing and wider commercial teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage event budgets, expenditure and commercial performance.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations and sponsorships that enhance our events offering.
  • Support the promotion and positioning of events while ensuring everything remains aligned with the individual identity of each brand.
  • Coordinate on‑day operations, remaining visible, hands‑on and solutions‑focused throughout.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve our events proposition and drive additional revenue across the Group.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Group Events Manager who is confident taking ownership and comfortable working in a fast‑moving hospitality environment.

You will ideally have

  • Previous events management experience within premium hospitality, restaurants, hotels, luxury or a similarly guest‑focused environment.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing event budgets.
  • The ability to manage multiple events, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Confident communication and leadership skills.
  • A proactive, self‑starting approach; someone who sees what needs to be done and makes it happen.
  • Excellent attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Experience working with event and reservation platforms such as Open Table would be advantageous.

Above all, you will understand that exceptional events are about more than logistics. They are about creating moments that guests remember.
