Los Mochis is seeking an exceptional Head Bartender to lead our beverage program at our flagship restaurant, elevating the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft rooftop venue at 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the City.

As Head Bartender, you will lead the bar team and act as an ambassador for our exceptional beverage program and guest experience. Your creativity, leadership, and expertise will ensure the delivery of outstanding cocktails, impeccable service, and seamless bar operations in a fast-paced, luxury environment. You will play a key role in developing the cocktail program, mentoring the bar team, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hospitality.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the bar team to deliver exceptional service
  • Overseeing daily bar operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and high standards
  • Creating, developing, and maintaining an innovative cocktail program aligned with the Los Mochis brand
  • Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards
  • Managing bar inventory, ordering, stock control, and cost management
  • Ensuring the bar is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation
  • Training team members on cocktail preparation, service techniques, and product knowledge
  • Engaging with guests, providing recommendations, and delivering a memorable bar experience
  • Handling payments, cash management, and end-of-shift reconciliation
  • Collaborating with the wider front-of-house and management team to ensure a seamless guest experience

As a Head Bartender, We Would Love You To Have:

  • Proven experience as a Head Bartender, Senior Bartender, or Bar Supervisor in a high-quality cocktail bar or premium restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of spirits, cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage trends
  • Creativity and passion for cocktail development and presentation
  • Excellent organisational and stock management skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and high service standards
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong English communication skills with a willingness to continuously learn and grow
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proof of right to work / pre-settled status in the UK
