Thesleff Group is seeking an experienced Group Health & Safety Manager to oversee health & safety, food safety, fire safety and compliance across our London restaurants and bars.

This role is hands-on and highly visible, working closely with operational teams to ensure standards are understood, implemented and maintained.

You will combine strong technical knowledge with a practical, solutions-focused mindset, supporting teams, identifying risks and driving continuous improvement across the group.
