We are now looking for an exceptional Content Creator to join our growing social media team.
The Role
This is not simply another social media role. As Content Creator, you will help define how thousands of people experience our brands before they ever walk through our doors. Working closely with our Head of Social and Content Strategist, you will create compelling, social-first content across our portfolio, producing photography, video and short-form content that feels authentic, premium and culturally relevant.
The successful Content Creator will understand that every restaurant has its own personality. You will instinctively know how to adapt your storytelling, visual style and creative approach across multiple luxury hospitality brands while maintaining exceptional quality throughout. With exciting restaurant launches, ambitious marketing campaigns and international growth ahead, this is a rare opportunity to produce work with genuine impact and help shape globally recognised hospitality brands.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create, shoot and edit engaging photography and video content across our restaurant portfolio.
- Produce platform-first content for Instagram, TikTok and emerging social platforms.
- Generate original creative ideas that capture attention and encourage engagement.
- Work closely with the wider Marketing and Social Media teams to deliver campaigns, launches and brand initiatives.
- Help plan and execute content calendars across multiple brands.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, new formats and algorithm changes.
- Direct chefs, bartenders, front-of-house teams, guests and collaborators on camera with confidence.
- Ensure every piece of content reflects the unique identity, tone and aesthetic of each brand.
- Maintain consistently high creative standards across every project.
What We Are Looking For
- At least two years' experience creating content for luxury hospitality, premium lifestyle or luxury consumer brands.
- A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional photography, videography and storytelling.
- A natural understanding of what performs across Instagram and TikTok.
- Excellent editing skills using CapCut, Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- A strong eye for composition, lighting, movement and visual detail.
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills.
- The confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively within a creative team.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, luxury brands and creating content that people genuinely want to watch and share.
