About MA/NA
Located on Upper Grosvenor Street in the heart of Mayfair, MA/NA is inspired by the Japanese philosophy that every ingredient carries an invisible energy shaped by nature and the hands that honour it.
Mana is a spiritual force that is felt rather than seen. It transforms emotion into experience, and a meal into memory.
MA/NA offers a seamless connection between restaurant and bar, where refined Japanese cuisine meets an exceptional cocktail, wine and sake programme.
Cocktails flow naturally into dinner, and dinner returns effortlessly to drinks.
Every detail, from service and design to sound and light, has been carefully considered to create an immersive and unforgettable guest experience.
Led by Executive Chef Leo Tanyag, whose career includes Los Mochis, JUNO Omakase and LUNA Omakase, MA/NA brings together exceptional ingredients, technical precision and thoughtful hospitality in one of London's most exciting Japanese dining destinations.
