We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team from the end of June. Initially, you will lead service operations on La Terrazza, our seasonal outdoor bar & dining area, before transitioning into the main restaurant later in the year as the terrace season concludes. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Supervisor who enjoys leading from the front, developing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a premium hospitality environment.
The Role
As a Supervisor, you will support the management team in the day-to-day running of service, ensuring that every guest receives attentive, professional, and memorable hospitality. You will lead by example on the floor, motivate and coach team members, oversee service standards, and help create a positive and high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate service shifts across La Terrazza and the restaurant
- Support the Restaurant Management team with daily operations
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Coach, mentor, and support Waiters, Commis Waiters, and Bartenders
- Ensure service standards, presentation standards, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
- Assist with team briefings and communication between front and back of house
- Drive sales through product knowledge, recommendations, and upselling
- Support stock control, cash handling, and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards
About You
We are looking for a Supervisor who:
- Has previous experience as a Supervisor or senior front-of-house team member in a quality restaurant and bar environment
- Leads by example and enjoys developing others
- Has excellent communication and guest engagement skills
- Remains calm and organised in a busy service environment
- Has strong food and beverage knowledge
- Takes ownership and demonstrates attention to detail
- Is passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Has the right to live and work in the UK
