Thesleff Group is looking for a creative and highly organised Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our growing Head Office team and support the delivery of engaging marketing activity across one of London's most exciting hospitality groups.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about social media, content and hospitality.
Working closely with the wider Marketing team, you will support the day-to-day delivery of social media, content and marketing campaigns across our portfolio of award-winning restaurants and bars, helping to strengthen our brands, engage our audiences and support commercial performance.
Our portfolio includes Los Mochis Notting Hill, Los Mochis London City, Sale e Pepe, Sale e Pepe Mare, MA/NA Mayfair, Viajante87 and several exciting new concepts currently in development.

The Role
- As Social Media & Marketing Executive, you will support the delivery of engaging social media, content and wider marketing activity across the Group.
- You will work closely with the Marketing, Creative, Digital and PR teams to help ensure that content and campaigns reflect the quality, creativity and personality of each of our brands.
- The successful Social Media & Marketing Executive will thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, combining creativity with strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to content and campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of social media channels across the Group's portfolio, including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook and Linked In.
- Create, schedule and publish engaging social content in line with each brand's identity and tone of voice.
- Support the planning and management of monthly content calendars across multiple brands.
- Capture social-first content across our venues, including Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes content and key guest experiences.
- Write engaging copy and captions tailored to different platforms and brand audiences.
- Monitor comments, direct messages and community engagement, ensuring responses are timely and on-brand.
- Support restaurant launches, seasonal campaigns, events and promotional activity.
- Assist with influencer and creator activations, including research, outreach, coordination and content tracking.
- Work closely with photographers, videographers, designers and creative suppliers to support content production.
- Support photoshoots, video shoots and wider content creation across the Group.
- Assist with the production of marketing collateral, menus, POS materials and brand assets.
- Track social media and campaign performance and support regular reporting using key marketing metrics.
- Conduct competitor research and stay up to date with social media trends, emerging formats and hospitality marketing activity.
- Work closely with restaurant management teams to identify local marketing and content opportunities.
- Ensure brand consistency across social media and wider marketing touchpoints.
About You
We are looking for someone who brings creativity, energy and exceptional organisational skills.
You will ideally have
- 2–3 years' experience in a social media, content or marketing role, ideally within hospitality, food and beverage, lifestyle or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Tik Tok.
- Experience creating engaging social-first content, including short-form video, Reels and Stories.
- Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail, tone and grammar.
- A good visual eye and understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Experience using social media scheduling, analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with the confidence to work across different teams and venues.
- A genuine passion for restaurants, hospitality, food, drink and creating memorable guest experiences.
