Pastry Demi Chef de Partie – Sale e Pepe Mare

Sale e Pepe Mare brings the spirit, flavours and elegance of the Italian Riviera to one of London’s most iconic hotels, The Langham.

Inspired by the Mediterranean coastline, Sale e Pepe Mare combines exceptional Italian cooking, beautiful ingredients and warm, generous hospitality in a truly stunning setting.

We are now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

The Role

As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will work closely with our senior pastry chefs to prepare and deliver desserts and pastry to the exceptional standards expected at Sale e Pepe Mare.

From beautifully executed Italian classics to elegant contemporary desserts, pastry plays an important part in the Sale e Pepe Mare experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for a developing Pastry Demi Chef de Partie who already has experience within a quality pastry kitchen and is ready to take the next step in their career.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting the preparation and production of desserts, pastries and other pastry items.
  • Ensuring consistently high standards of presentation, flavour and quality.
  • Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver a seamless service.
  • Maintaining excellent standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and organisation.
  • Assisting with mise en place and ensuring the pastry section is fully prepared for service.
  • Minimising waste and respecting the quality of the ingredients we work with.
  • Continuing to develop your pastry knowledge, techniques and skills.
  • What We’re Looking For

Our ideal Pastry Demi Chef de Partie will have previous experience within a high-quality restaurant, hotel or pastry kitchen.

You’ll have a genuine passion for pastry, excellent attention to detail and a desire to learn from an experienced team.
