Brand Manager – Restaurant Group

Thesleff Group – London. Office Based with Ocassional Site Visits.

Thesleff Group is looking for an exceptional Brand Manager to join our growing Marketing team and play a key role in shaping the future of one of London's most exciting hospitality groups.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Brand Manager who combines creativity with commercial thinking.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will help lead the development, positioning and activation of our brands across a portfolio of award-winning restaurants and bars, strengthening brand identity, increasing guest engagement and supporting commercial performance.

Our portfolio includes Los Mochis Notting Hill, Los Mochis London City, Sale e Pepe, Sale e Pepe Mare, MA/NA Mayfair, Viajante87 and several exciting new concepts currently in development.

The Role

As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for helping shape, develop and protect the identity of our brands while delivering creative campaigns and initiatives that increase awareness, strengthen guest engagement and support revenue growth across the Group.

You will collaborate closely with operational teams, creative partners and the wider marketing department to ensure every guest touchpoint reflects the quality, creativity and personality of each brand.

The successful Brand Manager will thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, balancing strategic brand thinking with hands‑on campaign delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans and marketing strategies across the Group's portfolio.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring clear and consistent positioning, tone of voice and visual identity across all guest touchpoints.
  • Plan, deliver and evaluate integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, PR and print.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager and PR team to deliver consistent and engaging brand messaging.
  • Support new restaurant openings, concept launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
  • Help develop brand positioning, storytelling and creative direction for existing and new concepts.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, photographers, designers and creative suppliers.
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral, menus, POS materials and brand assets.
  • Manage agreed marketing and brand budgets, ensuring strong return on investment.
  • Analyse campaign and brand performance and produce regular reports using key marketing metrics.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and new opportunities within the hospitality sector.
  • Ensure brand consistency across the entire guest journey, both online and offline.
  • Organise photoshoots, content creation, brand activations and promotional events.
  • Work closely with restaurant management teams to support local marketing initiatives while maintaining overall brand standards.

About You

You will ideally have

  • At least 5 years' experience within marketing or brand management, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, luxury or a similarly guest-focused industry.
  • 2–3 years' experience in a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Experience managing multi-site or multi-brand campaigns.
  • A strong understanding of brand positioning, identity and storytelling.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content strategy.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong creative eye and attention to detail.
  • A genuine passion for restaurants, hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
