Barback - Sale e Pepe La Terrazza

Join the team at one of Knightsbridge's most stylish summer destinations.

Thesleff Group is looking for an energetic and reliable Barback to join the team at Sale e Pepe La Terrazza, our vibrant outdoor dining terrace at Sale e Pepe Mare.

Working alongside our bartenders, the Barback plays an essential part in keeping the bar running smoothly, ensuring the team has everything they need to deliver fast, polished and genuinely warm service.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their hospitality career within an ambitious and growing restaurant group.

Once the La Terrazza summer season comes to an end, the Barback role will transfer into Sale e Pepe Mare, offering continued employment through the colder months.

What we're looking for

As our Barback, you will

  • Support the bartenders throughout service, keeping the bar fully stocked and organised.
  • Replenish glassware, ice, garnishes, spirits, wines and other bar essentials.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties.
  • Work efficiently during busy services while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Communicate closely with the wider bar and front-of-house team.
  • Bring energy, reliability and a positive attitude to every shift.

Previous experience as a Barback within a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality environment would be beneficial, but attitude, work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn are equally important.
