Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Bartender to join our flagship restaurant, elevating the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft rooftop venue at 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the City. As a Bartender, you will act as an ambassador for our exceptional beverage program and guest experience. Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and non‑alcoholic beverages to brand standards
- Delivering exceptional guest service at the bar and restaurant service stations
- Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and stock control of the bar
- Managing mise en place and ensuring smooth bar operations during service
- Engaging with guests and making informed recommendations
- Handling payments and cashing up responsibly
- Supporting the wider front‑of‑house team to ensure seamless guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced, quality cocktail or restaurant bar
- Strong product knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques
