Los Mochis City is seeking an outstanding Assistant Bar Manager to support our flagship restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our restaurant's smooth operation and success. You will be responsible for assisting the bar manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional guest and team experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate a team of bartenders, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive cocktail menu, incorporating innovative and trending drink recipes.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking of bar supplies, beverages, and ingredients.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new products, and techniques, and implement them to enhance the bar's offerings.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure consistent quality and service standards.

Requirements/skills

  • Proven work experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in a high-volume, upscale establishment.
  • In-depth knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using bar management software and point-of-sale systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in mixology or bartending.
