As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of efficiency in the running of the kitchen whilst always aiming for an increase in standards. You’ll inject your positive energy into every moment you’re in the kitchen and provide a speedy service to ensure our beloved restaurant and bar delivers great drinks and overall excellence. You’ll work closely with your team to create a welcoming, friendly and safe atmosphere and we are expanding so it’s a great chance to develop your career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running a section on a day to day basis
- Lead and inspire the brigade to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly at all times.
- To demonstrate and help maintain high levels of service that consistently exceeds the expectations of our clients.
- Assist the Head Chef and the rest of the team to maintain quality, standards and cleanliness required.
- Able to work hours required and section assigned to by the Head Chef.
- Compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, COSHH and other operational policies.
Experience and Skills:
- At least two years of Chef De Partie experience in a high-volume bar/restaurant/hotel.
- A team player with strong hospitality skills with a passion for learning & development.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with guests and staff.
- Knowledge of industry best practices.
