You will be responsible for turning our breakthrough science into high-quality, commercially viable products, driving the affordability & accessibility of clean, independent energy generation.
What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and implement scalable manufacturing processes for our advanced technologies.
Pioneer production methods that bypass the environmentally damaging and costly processes associated with standard manufacturing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure the highest levels of product quality and reliability.
Collaborate with our material science and engineering teams to ensure a seamless transition from R&D and prototyping to full-scale production.
Develop quality control systems and sustainability metrics to ensure our production meets rigorous internal standards and client expectations.
Play a key role in building the infrastructure required for our global growth, ensuring we can meet the demands of worldwide markets.
What You'll Bring:
A degree in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductors, thin-film technology, or advanced materials.
Expertise in process design, statistical process control (SPC), and lean manufacturing principles.
Experience scaling production from pilot lines to high-volume manufacturing.
A strong understanding of quality management systems and supply chain logistics.
