Position Overview
The Chief Technical Officer (CTO) will lead technical research, development, and deployment across Theros Labs' product range. This role demands a highly technical leader with deep expertise in energy systems, power infrastructure, advanced materials, and AI-driven automation. As a hands-on innovator, you will develop, test, and optimise next-generation energy solutions, from self-sustaining power systems to decentralised energy networks and adaptive smart materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive breakthrough R&D in new product ventures.
- Oversee the design and development of high-performance, self-regulating power systems.
- Advance decentralised energy models, ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
