The Uniform Attendant is a key role in our operation. One of the first people our team members see as they start their shift, you’re the welcoming face who looks after their uniforms. You are responsible for ensuring your colleagues are always looking in tip‑top shape and ready to provide exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Uniform Room at The Roof Gardens, including overseeing the distribution of clean uniforms to team members, ensuring proper labelling on all items, maintaining uniform quality and conducting garment repairs and alterations as required.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Management team to ensure readiness of uniforms for new hires, while also overseeing the linen laundry process and coordinating with the laundry company for team members' needs.
  • Manage accurate record‑keeping and a monthly inventory.

Compliance

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in your work area and throughout the club premises.
  • Uphold high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and uniform presentation.
  • Regularly inspect and report any faults or damage to equipment and fixtures.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Always comply with the premises licence operating requirements.

Skills & Requirements

  • Preferred experience in luxury hospitality/hotel uniform roles.
  • Background in garment technology, fashion school training, or sewing beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of uniform stock management.
  • Team player with adaptability to process changes.
  • Knowledgeable in Health & Safety and food hygiene regulations.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to look ahead and pre‑empt issues or challenges.
  • Friendly demeanour, supportive of colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised and deadline‑driven.
