About the Role
We're looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing Executive to help deliver a premium brand experience across all member touchpoints. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll support the delivery of marketing campaigns, oversee member communications, coordinate creative projects and ensure brand consistency across both digital and print channels. This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creativity with organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the brand guardian across all member communications, ensuring consistency in visual identity and tone of voice.
- Manage the workflow for design and copy projects, liaising with internal creatives and external suppliers.
- Oversee and maintain content across the Members App and CMS platform.
- Coordinate the production of printed marketing materials, including event collateral, menus and member notices.
- Maintain brand guidelines, marketing assets and creative libraries.
- Support photography and video shoots, marketing campaigns, member events and brand activations.
- Coordinate merchandising projects and raise purchase orders for the marketing team.
- Work with internal departments to gather content, updates and approvals for marketing activity.
About You
- Experience within luxury lifestyle, hospitality, private members' clubs or other premium brands.
- Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills with a strong understanding of brand tone of voice.
- Experience managing social media and creating engaging content.
- Comfortable working across both digital and print marketing.
- Experience using CMS platforms, Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana.
- Highly organised, proactive and collaborative, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
