Close to an acre of private gardens with views across London to the horizon, The Roof Gardens is a new generation members club. A place of escape, bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns and hidden nooks. An Art Deco gem created in 1938, The Roof Gardens has a legendary legacy. The Role
We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Commis Waiter/Waitress to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prior experience working as a Commis Waiter/Waitress or in a customer facing role in the luxury hospitality market
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally, creating a strong first impression
- Support senior team members in preparing dining areas, maintaining impeccable presentation at all times
- Actively contribute as a team player during service to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and deliver food service with professionalism and confidence
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen to ensure clear communication and prompt order delivery
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
