Close to an acre of private gardens with views across London to the horizon, The Roof Gardens is a new generation members club. A place of escape, bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns and hidden nooks. An Art Deco gem created in 1938, The Roof Gardens has a legendary legacy. We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Previous experience as a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress in the luxury hospitality market
- Exceed guest expectations by serving food and drink with professionalism, product knowledge, and a warm, accommodating approach
- Greet members and guests with friendliness and professionalism, creating a strong first impression
- Accurately take and process food and drink orders in all service areas in line with company standards
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming lounge area
- Accurately process payments in line with company procedures
- Be proactive and hands‑on during shifts, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork to ensure efficient service delivery
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
