Close to an acre of private gardens with views across London to the horizon, The Roof Gardens is a new generation members club. A place of escape, bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns and hidden nooks. An Art Deco gem created in 1938, The Roof Gardens has a legendary legacy. The Brand Partnerships Manager will lead the development and execution of brand partnerships for The Roof Gardens, identifying brand alignment and driving revenue opportunities while delivering elevated experiences for members. This role is responsible for building and managing a strong partnership pipeline and leading partnerships end-to-end - from prospecting and negotiation through to contract execution, implementation, and performance evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the brand partnership strategy for The Roof Gardens including forecasting, revenue targets and budgets which align with overall commercial goals.
- Work closely with the Marketing Director and key members of the Senior Leadership Team to define and deliver the partnership strategy, including priority categories, target partners, and revenue opportunities.
- Build and manage a brand partnership pipeline, identifying and prioritising target brands across sectors, including but not limited to, food, drink, tech, travel, wellness, beauty and fashion who align with The Roof Garden’s brand values.
- Lead commercial negotiations with prospective partners, structuring Heads of Terms including investment levels, value exchange, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage the internal delivery of partnerships, ensuring timelines, deliverables and expectations are clearly defined and executed.
- Harness business insights and performance data, working closely with the Marketing Director to shape and inform partnership strategy and growth.
About you
- 3+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development or commercial roles, ideally within the luxury, or premium consumer sectors.
- Proven experience developing and managing brand partnerships that drive both brand equity and commercial results.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong network across relevant categories in the luxury market.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets for partnership revenue tracking, financial modelling, pipeline management and projected revenue forecasting.
- Skilled in creating pitch decks, proposals and partner documentation using tools such as Canva, Keynote or Google Slides.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Asana) to coordinate cross-team partnership delivery.
