About the Role
One of our clients is looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to support hiring across the EMEA region. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with business stakeholders, and driving strategic hiring initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across EMEA regions
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Administer the selection process effectively for all recruitments and work towards process improvement
- Interview candidates based on specific roles and job descriptions
- Build pipelines of exceptional talent by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, events, tools, referrals and other creative ways to build the candidate pipeline
- Strategically approach and develop relationships with passive and hard to find talent, cultivating these relationships over time
Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Strong experience handling EMEA hiring
- Strong negotiation, account management, and strategic thinking skills
- Strong Talent Acquisition and business consulting skills
- Excellent understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience using influential tactics to involve team and extended team
- Strong collaboration skills to successfully deliver cross-group initiatives
- Experience in developing and optimizing multi-faceted processes
- Experience in branding and utilizing social media for recruitment
