Thermulon, London-based, is scaling from pilot to commercial production and seeking a Lead Process Engineer to own capital projects and drive technology transfer into full-scale plants. You will mentor a small team, own PFDs/P&IDs, and lead safety and economic analyses with sign-off accountability.
Role requires hands-on chemical/process engineering leadership, mobility to visit UK/European sites, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a small lean organisation.
