We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Services Administrator to support our operations and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our logistics operation—supporting daily administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring our customers receive the high level of service they expect.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Administration & Operations: Provide administrative and operational support within customer service and logistics processes. Accurately process orders, shipments, movements and invoices. Prepare, maintain and complete files and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Customer Service & Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams. Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders. Support customer queries and follow up in a timely manner.
  • Process Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor processes and report irregularities or operational issues. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and customer satisfaction. Work closely with different departments to support operational continuity.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure all work is carried out in line with company procedures and legal requirements. Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality and service.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience & Knowledge: Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role. Experience within logistics, transport or supply chain is highly desirable. Good understanding of administrative processes and systems.
  • Skills & Competencies: Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal English required). Customer-focused with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Systems & Tools: Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage.
