We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will ensure administrative efficiency, support staff productivity, maintain office systems, and create a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate office procedures and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Manage the vehicle fleet including scheduling of repairs, MOTs, Servicing.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration processes.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
  • Monitor office budgets and process invoices and expense reports.
  • Assist senior management and projects team with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and office procedures.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and visitor inquiries professionally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Experience with office management systems and administrative procedures.
