We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will ensure administrative efficiency, support staff productivity, maintain office systems, and create a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
- Coordinate office procedures and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage the vehicle fleet including scheduling of repairs, MOTs, Servicing.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration processes.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.
- Monitor office budgets and process invoices and expense reports.
- Assist senior management and projects team with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and office procedures.
- Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
