Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office.

The successful candidate will ensure administrative efficiency, support staff productivity, maintain office systems, and create a positive and professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.

Coordinate office procedures and ensure efficient workflow.

Manage the vehicle fleet including scheduling of repairs, MOTs, Servicing.

Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration processes.

Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.

Maintain filing systems, records, and confidential documents.

Monitor office budgets and process invoices and expense reports.

Assist senior management and projects team with administrative and operational tasks.

Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and office procedures.

Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, and visitor inquiries professionally.

Identify opportunities to improve office processes and efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

Experience with office management systems and administrative procedures.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.
