What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise downtime
- Perform routine repairs across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems
- Operate and support critical systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical equipment)
- Troubleshoot issues and complex problems when needed
- Conduct inspections to spot and prevent potential faults
- Maintain accurate records (work orders, maintenance logs, documentation)
- Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are safe, clean, and organised
- Support facility upgrades and installation projects
- Follow all safety standards and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools
- Strong problem‑solving mindset
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and instructions
