The Finance Business Partner is the primary finance partner to the GCAS business globally , accountable for financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. This role owns CAM STRAP, AOP, and monthly forecasting, provides commercial finance support (pricing, quotes, deal evaluation), and ensures data integrity and alignment with Global FP&A and finance teams across regions and sites worldwide.,
- Act as the primary global finance partner to GCAS leadership
- Provide commercial finance support including pricing analysis, quote review, and deal evaluation
- Support GCAS commercial strategy through margin analysis and financial trade-off assessment
- Ensure alignment between GCAS commercial plans, operational execution, and financial outcomes
- Own GCAS STRAP, AOP, monthly forecasting, and financial outlooks
- Drive financial execution for GCAS growth, margin, and operational initiatives
- Prepare and deliver financial insights for QBRs, MBRs, and leadership reviews
- Identify risks and opportunities and support corrective action planning
- Own PLN finance system data management and integrity for GCAS
- Ensure SFDC hygiene, including data completeness, accuracy, and alignment with forecasting and reporting
- Partner with Accounting, Compliance, and Legal teams across global sites to ensure financial accuracy and governance
- Ensure quality and consistency of GCAS financial reporting and analysis
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across GCAS finance processes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- +6 years of progressive finance experience
- Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Demonstrated business partnering experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills, Experience in commercial finance (pricing, quotes, deal support)
- Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., PLN) and CRM tools (e.g., SFDC)
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization
- Prior people management or indirect leadership experience
