As a Systems Analyst I at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to supporting and enhancing our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll provide technical expertise and system support across our enterprise applications, working with current technologies in a collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams while delivering effective solutions that drive business efficiency and growth. You'll resolve complex technical issues, implement system improvements, and ensure seamless operations of critical business applications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required, experience required in systems analysis, technical support, or related IT role
- Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field
- Additional relevant certifications are preferred (e.g., Oracle Cloud PLM, ServiceNow, specific platform certifications)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with enterprise software applications and databases
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant technical tools
- Knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and coordinate with third party vendors
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Strong customer service orientation with hands on mentality to support users
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
