Overview
The Integration & Commissioning Lead is responsible for field delivery, installation quality, FAT/SAT execution, validation, and commissioning readiness across all automation scopes in mission-critical data center projects. They own QA frameworks, testing documentation, and delivery governance across all sites.
Key Responsibilities – Delivery Execution
- Lead site delivery teams across multiple concurrent data center projects.
- Oversee installation quality, field testing, and adherence to design intent.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors performing automation installation and commissioning.
- Track site readiness, punch lists, defects, and completion milestones.
Key Responsibilities – QA & Validation
- Own QA/QC processes for automation delivery.
- Develop and manage FAT, SAT, I/O testing, and sequence validation procedures.
- Ensure all systems meet redundancy, performance, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action plans for defects.
Key Responsibilities – Integration & Collaboration
- Align with Design Manager on constructability and design coherence.
- Work with TPM to ensure site progress aligns with schedule and budget.
- Support commissioning teams with validation documentation and testing evidence.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years automation execution, commissioning, or QA experience in mission-critical sectors.
- Proven experience leading FAT/SAT and functional validation.
- Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, installation quality, and testing methodology.
- Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple projects in parallel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Controls Engineering.
- Six Sigma, QA certifications, or commissioning qualifications.
