Position Overview: We are hiring experienced Clinical Research Associates across the UK to support our clinical trials and research programs. Key Responsibilities: Perform and coordinate all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management. Conduct remote or on-site visits to ensure protocol and regulatory compliance, managing documentation. Act as a site process specialist, ensuring adherence to protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and applicable regulations to safeguard subjects\’ rights and data integrity. Ensure audit readiness and develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites. Monitor investigator sites using a risk-based approach, applying root cause analysis and problem-solving skills. Ensure data accuracy through SDR, SDV, and CRF review during monitoring activities. Assess investigational products through physical inventory and records review. Document observations and communicate findings promptly to clinical management. Participate in investigator meetings and support trial site initiation and close-out procedures. Maintain essential documents and conduct on-site file reviews. Support project teams with publications, process improvements, and additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor\’s degree in a life sciences field, Registered Nursing certification, or equivalent. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a clinical research monitor. Valid UK driver’s license and right to work in the UK. Fluency in English. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong clinical monitoring skills and understanding of medical terminology. Deep knowledge of ICH GCPs, regulations, and procedural standards. Critical thinking, risk-based monitoring expertise, and excellent communication skills.
