How will you make an impact?
The Director, Marketing will lead a global team of marketing professionals responsible for demand generation across the High Performance Chromatography Solutions (HPCS) business of the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD). As a senior member of the business leadership team, this role will work closely with the functional leaders within HPCS and other businesses of CMD to define and implement the marketing strategy for HPLC consumables and instruments. This role will be fully remote (work from home), based in Europe, with regular international travel (~25% of working time), including overnight stays.

- Go-to-Market Strategy: Implement the global go-to-market strategy with commercial and segment leaders to support growth initiatives.
- Customer Insights: Use customer feedback and sales insights to guide roadmaps, application development, and marketing strategies.
- Campaign Development: Deploy marketing campaigns to position workflow solutions and accelerate product adoption.
- Product Launch Execution: Collaborate on high-impact launch plans for new products and solutions.
- Demand Generation: Drive demand across channels like Direct, Fisher Scientific, and eCommerce.
- Digital Marketing: Leverage digital solutions (SEM/SEO, social media, AI) to accelerate growth.
- Commercial Enablement: Support regional marketing and sales channels, increase product proficiency, and engagement.
- People Leadership: Build and lead a global marketing and applications team, fostering professional development.
How will you get here?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 10+ years in scientific marketing with 5+ years leading teams. Proven success in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and market development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment. Customer-focused, strategic, and capable of delivering results. Leadership skills to build impactful teams and align cross-functional priorities. Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
