A day in the Life:
- Provides legal advice and support in the drafting, review and negotiation of agreements, working independently except for escalations where appropriate.
- Manages and negotiates language for more complex agreements (e.g. MSAs, quality agreements, and other unique non-standard contracts).
- Handles department matters and general legal concerns raised by internal customers and senior management, which may include without limitation initial dispute correspondence and other legal matters.
- Leads the implementation of process improvement opportunities and oversees junior members of the department.
Education:
- Relevant formal academic / vocational qualification in Law.
- Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years).
