We’re excited to continue building our team as we search for an outstanding Procurement Manager to join us. As we bring to life a world-class urban wellbeing resort—welcoming over 2 million guests each year—this role represents the foundations of a team that will shape how Therme Manchester operates from day one.
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of procurement activities across the resort’s pre-opening and operational phases. Reporting into senior leadership, the role will support the implementation of procurement frameworks, manage end-to-end sourcing processes, and ensure goods and services are secured in a commercially sound, compliant, and timely manner. This role focuses on operational execution, supplier management, and procurement governance, rather than defining enterprise-wide strategy.

- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, finance, and legal teams
- Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office applications
