Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical/ Air Conditioning) to join our growing team of service engineers. This is static role at a location in Central London.
As a Site Multi Skilled Engineer you are a member of the Engineering Operations team.
The Operations team’s main aim is to deliver agreed services to our customers with the upmost standard and efficiency, whilst maintaining and delivering at all cost lines.
As a Site Multi Skilled Engineer you will support this purpose by ensuring that all on site practices and processes are adhered to across your team of engineers.
The Site Multi Skilled Engineer fundamental responsibility lies with the delivery of the day-to-day work of the business.

- this is a static role based at a site in Central London.
- Regular hours of work
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - 40 hour working week.
Whilst this is our company standard working week, our clients require "out of hours" maintenance so early starts/late finishes & night works are to be expected.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- Vocational training courses relating to Electrical (18th Edition/ 2391 / Electrical Apprenticeship)
- Fgas Cat 1 and experience of HVAC Plant
- Sound building services knowledge and experience
- Willing to be flexible for our clients needs
- Relevant experienced in manned site operations.
- Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contract.
- All essential criteria within Electrical and Air Conditioningskillset

Responsibilities include
- Carry out day to day PPM, Repairs on sites Electrical and Air Conditioning systems.
- Ensure all work is carried out to industry standard and in a timely manner
- Be the face of Thermatic at engineering level and support the client when issues arrive
- Having adequate knowledge, experience and understanding of the design, construction , maintenance, of Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Electrical plant , verification and/or inspection and testing procedures for systems on site.
- Having adequate knowledge of applicable Building Regulations and Standards where relevant
- Complete all necessary checks and audits via internal compliance reporting as per schedule to ensure that our work on site and customers are safe and compliant.
- Identify high risk areas and ensure site is compliant and operational at all times
- Ensure that quality standards are upheld, and where they are not then these are addressed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that excellent customer service is provided, and you are a role model across your teams.
- Be an ambassador of Thermatic in our clients buildings and property.
- Evaluate customer needs to suggest improvements, always act on feedback.
- Ensure customer premises and TTFM work carried out is compliant and safe
- Support your team with any customer queries, elevate where necessary and ensure to inform the office.
- Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure that next steps identified are completed as appropriate and within the necessary timeframe.
- Maintain safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and ensure all team members including new starters have the adequate training.
- Attend Toolbox Talks regularly, ensuring any changes to compliance regulations are communicated and understood.
- Reporting to Site Manager and Head of Engineering.
- Accountability to the TTFM Compliance Team.
- Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contract.
- Completing all activities to a high standard and in a professional manner
- Proactively using the technology and systems provided in order to support Thermatic’s compliance and contractual obligations
- Communicating clearly, effectively, and professionally with team members, management, and client representatives
- Outstanding problem-solving skills to address customer complaints or needs
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Conflict resolution to resolve concerns and disputes
