We are looking for a Technical Estimator (HVAC) to join the Technical Team at Thermatic Technical FM. As a Thermatic Technical Estimator, you will be a member of the Minor Works Team. The Minor Works Team's main aim is to deliver agreed services to our clients with the utmost standard and efficiency, whilst maintaining and delivering all cost lines.

As a Technical Estimator, you will support this purpose by creating technical quotations from Thermatic Field Engineer Job Reports whilst offering technical support and guidance to manage contracts, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.

Be part of a dedicated team to assure quality, compliance, and reputation of the Thermatic brand is upheld. Attend site visits when needed to price works. Work with the account team to manage all relevant jobs through the entire process, from logging of the job to invoicing. Drive Net Zero and Carbon Reports to ensure clients remain compliant.

Commercial awareness of operational impact and what measures can be taken to improve. Responsible for the required margin on all quoted works. Awareness of gross profit and driving efficiencies, and how to impact/improve.

Develop and maintain internal and external client relationships; past, current, and future. Deliver and role model excellent customer service through all channels of communication - email, phone, and/or portal. Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and expectations. Actively seek feedback on operational performance, act upon feedback where possible and elevate when needed; attend client meetings to deliver operational updates when required. Follow up on quotes and PPM.
