Thermatic Technical FM is seeking a Contract Manager to join our Accounts team in central London, overseeing day-to-day FM service delivery for client contracts and ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.
You will manage relationships with clients and suppliers, coordinate engineers, monitor SLAs/KPIs, and drive continuous improvement using CAFM and MS Office tools; regular hours Mon-Fri with 40 hours, onsite 2 days per week.
